Upcoming events at Uptown Valet & Transportation

It's starting to feel like autumn in Austin and that means the fall wedding and event season is upon us. October is probably only behind May as the busiest wedding month in Austin, and we'll be working every weekend providing valet services, getaway limos for the bride and grooom, shuttle coordination and more at some of the nicest wedding venues in Austin. We worked this past weekend at Laguna Gloria and the evening weather was lovely, and there's only going to be more of that on the way.

The Austin City Limits Music Festival will occur from October 12-14 and will feature a lineup of some of the best artists in the country. While some of our employees will no doubt be enjoying the music, we will be able to handle most any request that comes our way. If you're coming into town and need a ride from the airport, we can help you out. Circuit of the Americas will bring Formula One racing to Austin and we are going to see all of our services booked up for that weekend.  We've been renting out our limousines and luxury cars for months now and getting some valet and shuttle work as well. Black Stretch Limo

Seating 8-10 people, our black limo is a classy and comfortable option for any of your transportation needs. Our chauffeurs ensure that our vehicles are looking as nice as possible prior to picking you up. Our limos come with ice and water bottles, a champagne bucket, a privacy divider, a TV, iPod input, DVD and CD player as well as interior lighting and all the air conditioning needed to stave off the Texas heat.  Whether it's a trip to the airport, a night on the town or a wedding, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are left fully satisfied with our service.

White Stretch Limo

Uptown Valet has a white Lincoln Town Car stretch limousine available for rental. It is comfortable and stylish and perfect for weddings and bridesmaids parties and can seat up to 10 people. This offer is transferable, so if the bride and groom are staying in town but have had a set of parents visit that they want to send home then it can be used on them. Austin and Uptown Valet getting ready for Circuit of The Americas

We're excited that after four years Formula One racing will return to the United States. The Circuit of the Americas race will occur on November 16-18 and it's something we've been getting ready for for a while now and something which we will continue working towards until all the races are over.

Construction is continuing and tickets go on sale this Sunday, with prices starting at $159 for a three-day pass. It will bring millions of dollars to Austin and has helped create a bunch of interest in the city. 

We've already had some of our chauffeur services booked for that weekend and all luxury transportation companies, ourselves included, expect to be slammed that weekend. If you're looking to arrive at the Circuit of Americas race in style and comfort, let us know. We have limos and luxury vehicles available and we will be using them all on race date.

We also have our experienced valets available for work that weekend. They're the best in the business and are used to running large-scale private events. Example Of Full Service Transportation For A Wedding in Round Rock!

On May 19th,2012 Uptown Valet & Transportation had the distinct honor of providing wedding transportation, valet parking, the "getaway" car, and then airport transportation for the bride and groom the next day!

We first picked up the wedding party from private residences and took them to the beautiful Riverbend Church in Westlake.  After the ceremony all 230 guests (yes, 230!) drove to the reception (at a private home in Round Rock) where they were greeted by our friendly valet parking team.  The private home was tented by Marquee Tents and Events and transformed into a beautiful reception area.

As the reception concluded guests were provided with sparklers to send off the beautiful bride and groom in our '61 Cadillac.  It was such a fantastic night!

The next day we whisked the bride and groom away from the beautiful Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin and took them to the airport in our Cadillac Sedan, where they got on a plane to fly off for their honeymoon!
