Tis The Season For Holiday Lights Tours!

In the spirit of the holidays, we're excited to be able to offer a Holiday Lights Tour with discounts off of our typical rates: 10% off if booked for a night from Monday - Thursday

These numbers are off of our hourly rate and are only good through December 30th, so take advantage of them while you can. Our Holiday Lights Tour shows off some of the best Christmas light displays in Austin and starts with a stop at the Austin Trail of Lights at Zilker Park followed by a tour through some of the most festive neighborhoods in town. Our limousines require a three hour minimum, have room for 8-10 people and come stocked with hot chocolate, peppermint bark and holiday cheer to help make your evening as enjoyable as possible.

Upcoming events at Uptown Valet & Transportation

It's starting to feel like autumn in Austin and that means the fall wedding and event season is upon us. October is probably only behind May as the busiest wedding month in Austin, and we'll be working every weekend providing valet services, getaway limos for the bride and grooom, shuttle coordination and more at some of the nicest wedding venues in Austin. We worked this past weekend at Laguna Gloria and the evening weather was lovely, and there's only going to be more of that on the way.

The Austin City Limits Music Festival will occur from October 12-14 and will feature a lineup of some of the best artists in the country. While some of our employees will no doubt be enjoying the music, we will be able to handle most any request that comes our way. If you're coming into town and need a ride from the airport, we can help you out. If you've got a party going on that weekend (ACL-related and otherwise) and need valets to manage your guest cars, let us know.

Circuit of the Americas will bring Formula One racing to Austin and we are going to see all of our services booked up for that weekend.  We've been renting out our limousines and luxury cars for months now and getting some valet and shuttle work as well. Only 4 days until kick-off and our staff is eagerly awaiting our favorite time of year, football season!

With the first UT home game coming up this Saturday at 7 PM at Darrell K. Royal Stadium, how are you going to get to and from the game?  As a lot of Austinites (and Longhorn Nation) already know; traffic, parking, and just logistically getting close to drop off can be very frustrating.  Why not let Uptown Valet & Transportation take the load off?  Any of our transportation options (sedan, SUV, limousine, buses, etc.), can easily get you as close as possible to your entry gate.

We are pleased to announce a new special from Uptown Valet - the Free Honeymoon Getaway. If you use any two of Uptown Valet’s services for your wedding we’ll give you a free sedan or SUV ride to the airport the next morning. Simply use Uptown Valet for any two of: valet, shuttle services, or limo rental, and the free ride to Austin Bergstrom International Airport is yours - no special code or coupon required. This offer is transferable, so if the bride and groom are staying in town but have had a set of parents visit that they want to send home then it can be used on them. Or if you aren’t leaving on a honeymoon for a couple months and would like to redeem it then, let us know - it’s good anytime.

This is our way of saying ‘thanks’ to our clients who have trusted us with so much on their wedding day and allows us to ensure that they get to leave town in comfort and style.

Example Of Full Service Transportation For A Wedding in Round Rock!

On May 19th,2012 Uptown Valet & Transportation had the distinct honor of providing wedding transportation, valet parking, the "getaway" car, and then airport transportation for the bride and groom the next day!

We first picked up the wedding party from private residences and took them to the beautiful Riverbend Church in Westlake.  After the ceremony all 230 guests (yes, 230!) drove to the reception (at a private home in Round Rock) where they were greeted by our friendly valet parking team.  The private home was tented by Marquee Tents and Events and transformed into a beautiful reception area.

As the reception concluded guests were provided with sparklers to send off the beautiful bride and groom in our '61 Cadillac.  It was such a fantastic night!

The next day we whisked the bride and groom away from the beautiful Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin and took them to the airport in our Cadillac Sedan, where they got on a plane to fly off for their honeymoon!
